I am also using this effect, but I use plugin saber for this (for border and line animation) but your method is also very cool, you have very advanced knowledge of AE :)
Thanks man! The Saber plugin is really cool, especially since it's free. I try to keep my tutorials without plugins to make it accessible for everyone. But that does sometimes mean I spend hours on figuring something out hahah.

at 2:46 how did you control the roundness after putting the shape in place, I couldn't find "roundess" in the shape's parameters, I I'm using 2021 version, I found a way to control each corner(which isn't effective at all) but not all of them at once

Hi man! Best way to do this is follow the tutorial for the facecam, then after that create the other part in after effects, just export it with transparancy. And then just create a premiere pro file as a template so you can copy it over to other sequences.
