How do I keep the colors when turning to SVG

Are you using the free or paid version because mine looked awful and is asking me to download the paid version

I downloaded on my iPhone an yes it was easy to convert but the colors an the finished product was trash smh hate I paid for the app . From the illustrations on the App Store an reviews I thought it was going to work but nope back to square one.
