I checked khda website it clearly mention that PGCTL is not equivalent to B.Ed , to be eligible in teaching as Subject teacher in UAE you need only Graduate

Ed and k Tet(Kerala Teachers eligibility Test).I have been working as a teacher here for three years. I am currently doing a course International Montessori. Hi Pallavi, you can surely apply, however, it’s difficult to comment on the subject specific question. I would say you shouldn’t worry about it until you have the job. Your employer will guide you from there on.

Eligibility criteria to teach in UAE is - The degree in the subject you teach + the teaching degree (B.ED, M.ED, PGCE or equivalent) + 2 years of teaching experience. Degrees must be regular.
