- Look what we found in Japan! We saw this really cool Pokémon medal game in one of the arcades while we were in Japan. We thought it would be fun to give it a try. We were very surprised that we were able to play it for so long without spending a ton of money!

That grass monkey you caught is called a Grookey, it's from the Sword and Shield games. And that blue one was a Sobble from the same game.

yeah id love to get a chance to play this. such a fan of pokemon. yeah there was a grokey which is one of the gen 8 starters. seriusly worth playing more of the pokemon games as theres now over 1000 + pokemon between all 9 gens and games in the main series and side games

Yeah, it was not so bad after awhile. That was our first time playing it so we were quite confused.
Thanks for the super super long video the game was hard to follow at times but definitely enjoyable because when I was little I used to play Pokemon so hearing all the names was so fun 🎉❤

seems like the strategey would be to load up all 400 medals in the machine and then play, since its has a bet system and when you win it adds to your total credits, so you're not rushing during combats/events to recharge. insane game though. japan has the most elaborate arcade games i love it. That looks insanely fun.

I've been watching this video a little bit almost everyday since y'all posted it and I still don't understand how it works lol I had just woke up when I started watching it and so I kept falling asleep at the beginning when its likely y'all explained how to play. Maybe I need to go back and just watch the first part again. 😂 EDIT: Yep. That's what I had to do. I just went back and watched the first of the video again and now I understand 😂 I'm just watching over from the beginning lol
Maybe its just because I'm watching this at night, and I'm super sleepy, but I do not understand what's going on in this game nor how to play. Ill try warching larer when im good and awake 😂
