- Jarvis Butts made his first appearance in court after the Wayne County Prosecutor charged him with criminal sexual conduct in three separate cases. That includes the disappearance of Na'Ziyah Harris, who prosecutors believe was murdered by Butts.

True. Except one thing. If they don't have evidence that she was pregnant they won't be able to charge him with murder of an unborn. And they don't have a body. She may be pregnant but only a DNA test will prove not only was she pregnant but that his DNA is the only DNA that could have impregnate her. That's the evidence prosecutor will need to bring charges. But all is not lost. Wait till he gets to prison. Everything he did to those kids will be done to him all the time in prison. Prisoners who punish these types of criminals delight in doing the same thing to the criminal that he did to his victims.

@@leedoll7055 you know that jail administration and prison administration work to keep sex offenders crimes ‘ on the DL. They TRY to keep jail and the prison population from finding out and the defendant sure ain t gonna say why they are locked up. The population does find out eventually ( but not always ) by whatever means and then they get the beat down and sometimes death. Some prisons have a duty to protect and keep alive the most vial of offenders. Sick
