Yes. You need to carry few more documents along with Passport and E-Visa, please see full video till the end to know more about the immigration documents.

You have a specific request here on which the clarity can only be given by the e-visa portal. You can contact the portal at evisa.gov.az/en/contact. As per my understanding you can apply for the e-visa for your kid later on once the passport arrives.
I have applied for my son's (1 Year old) passport under tatkal. And it's still taking time, as we have our tickets booked.. Whereas I and my husband have our passports... So Can we apply for an e visa without my son's passport details.. Will that be considered??

Yes that’s true, you can add it without the comma. Special characters aren’t allowed.

I think you can add your last name as surname while applying the visa.

In which format front page of passport should be in ? is there any app to convert the 1 page of passport in any particular format pls help

I did not mentioned country code in my mobile number..will it be rejected?
I haven't heard visas getting rejected due to this reason.
Hello I swear I am not stupid but I accidentally put my name in surname and surname in name, will i be able to modify it when they issue it ?
I'm not really sure about this but I would suggest to mail the portal and embassy to rectify the issue else you have to reapply it.
