I love this. I’m 48 and loosing my hearing. I’m just starting ASL. Kylee and you are helping me over come some insecurities I have. She is so confident. You are an amazing father and I’m sure her mother is just as amazing, (ok please don’t attack me if I missed something) I know my alphabet and looking for a tutor in my area, it honestly it truly does hurt when you see the sigh and rolling of the eyes when you ask someone to repeat what they said.
I don't know why but I laugh every time she says, "what happened". This young lady has personality Galore and I think good things are coming her way. Blessings to the whole family, as you are all very wholesome.
I love their relationship. That precious girl will grow up believing she can and will do anything she puts her mind to because of the support from her sweet daddy!! 😊❤
I absolutely love how she answers "what happened?" because she always saw her mom on the phone saying "what happened?" Love your vids guys. Takes me back to when my daughter(s) were young, and the close relationships we had. Enjoy every minute Dad.
Your relationship with your daughter os so amazing you are a great father always protect her and love her a father and daughter relationship is a bond that can never be broken she loves you so u h and she will always look up to you she is so strong and so are you. I agree with her, my niece was not born deaf but when she got very sick and all her hearing one ear and then partially deaf in the other ear and we didn't know she was deaf but we noticed when we would ask her a question she would not answer usat 3 years old she wouldn't answer us. My sister took her to the doctor and found ou she was deaf. She was very intelligent and was able to play softball and got a scalorship to college. She has her master degree and will be getting doctorate. We are so proud of her ❤
AAAAAAND She's so precious 💕 and motivating me to get back to learing ASL again. She's motivating so many people! I hope she knows what an ambassador she is. Great job, Papa! #DeiOpus
She says “what happen” just like my Mexican boyfriend so when I started to watch yalls videos I didn’t recognize she was deaf until she started signing - I love yalls videos!! Sending much love ❤️
I am learning asl and I know a lot but am still learning and I hade my first conversation with a family in asl❤ they didn't speak I found it helpful bc it changed what I know I was used to people talk and signing with also helps
If you stop signing you’ll miss so much in conversations, and language development. But if you keep doing both, both will improve. So glad you’ve got it right to embrace your heritage. :)
I grew up in a small southern town. Outside of town in the countryside is the deaf school. It has been there for many many years and is still in operation today. When I was in high school I worked at Sonic. If someone pushed the button and did not talk you just knew to take a notepad out to let them write down their order. We had a foster daughter for several years while I was very young. English was not my first language because I spent a lot of time with my nanny because my parents worked a lot. While I was learning English starting at about 3 I also learned to sign at the same time. I just went and took their orders and wrote it down myself. Some talked while they signed some did not speak at all. They all knew how to sign though. The deaf school was like a boarding school for some and others families moved there for their kids to go to the deaf school. They all learned to sign at school. If you know how to sign and you live with a deaf person you just get to where you sign as you talk and a lot of the deaf people I saw around town and at work did both and so did the employees of the deaf school who I knew.
Telling dad to chill made me laugh! I love it!
