I went on my first and only power boat ride when it was windy. We went with the wind and waves going and took twice as long to get back hammering the waves in 30 or 40 mph wind. Imagine driving off 1 or 2 foot curbs every 4 seconds in a Jeep for an hour while your head is out the sunroof. It was insanity. The reflected sun off the water is blinding, resulting in a bad sunburn. It's like looking into a giant mirror for hours. I don't like boats anymore. I like my spine to work, my eyes to see, and my skin to be healthy.

Try a sailboat. Quite the difference. The sun can still be a bit of an annoyance though. A good sunhat and sunglasses help IMO 😊
