I'm going to try putting a little oil (light oil)directly on the scalp and then rinsing with warm water. Last time I put directly on my locs and rinsed with cold water, once it dried my locs were too oily. It felt very heavy. But then again, I never put oil in my hair or scalp, so it could be that also. Love your videos! You and your hair hair are so pretty ❤

Thank you so much! Also, I had to go back in with just a little shampoo because after a few days I felt it was little oily as well!

Dr, my daughter has been suffering from severe acne for the past 4-5 years . She has been to the dermatologist a number of times but it's not helpful at all. In your video you say you are using something that has cleared your face. May you please share what it is that you are using and working for you

Hi! Yes of course. I went to the dermatologist, she started me on tretinoin cream (.025%). Now your skin will get worse before it gets better. It literally took about 3-5 months before I started seeing changes for the better. I was on it for a year. All I did was wash my face with a cleanser, use the tretinoin cream after (only at night though). Make sure to wear SPF during the day. Your skin will be very sensitive to the sun and the hyperpigmentation will get worse if you don’t. Stay away from exfoliating your skin or doing any additional things to your face. Keep the routine super simple.
I don’t use the cream now because I found an over the counter alternative that has been working (Differin Gel 0.1%).
Night routine: Wash w/ cleanser, differin gel, moisturizer, Vaseline under my eyes, around the corners of my nose, and on my lips. The tretinoin cream and differin will dry out these areas bad so don’t put it there at all. The Vaseline acts as a barrier for those sensitive areas so put it on after the cleanser but before you put on the acne treatment.
Morning routine: wash w/ cleaner, cerave acne control gel, moisturizer with spf (neutrogena hydro boost with spf)
