For dinner, I decided to try something new - Mountain House's Pad Thai with Chicken - and it was an absolute delight! 🍜✨ The perfect meal to complement such a perfect setting. And to satisfy my sweet tooth, I baked a gooey chocolate chip cookie over the campfire.
