(Aka super pale white skin) and doesn't self tan her face so it's always a drastic difference from her face to her neck. That's why people always make comments about her foundation being way too dark for her face, because it is, but she matches it to her neck.
My thought is those primers are for woman who DO NOT self tan so that they have to use a “darker” foundation on their faces I feel it’s more for like your natural skin then with a natural foundation shade 🤷🏻♀️ you looked beautiful thanks for the review girl!!!!

I’m a dark brown girl and I’m proud of my complexion, I like that you are conscious of my skin tone as well.

I have gone to walmart, target, walgreens, CVS and my big (walmart type) grocery store all TRUE DRUGSTORS and could not find! Went to Ulta and found out it exclusive to Ulta!! So tbis i guess is why they are higher priced. AND ulta is not drugstore. But you can get, as Tati mentioned, the non-gigi collection, for cheaper and just the same colors. I suggest watching Tati's review and she layes itout alot better then i coulf.im just tired of the " affordable side" of Ulta being called Dugstore!! Cus i cant even get tylanol at ulta so its not a DRUGSTORE!! ITS IN THE NAME!! BUT, I DO APPRECIATE Kelly's honestly!!

Yes she does pronounce things wrong frequently. However I am from the west coast and she is from the east coast so maybe it's an accent thing. I feel like too many people in the comments are coming way too hard for her. Some people just pronounce things differently.
I though the cool tone matte and "city mini" style palettes were the "East Coast" palettes and the warm tone matte and city mini were the "West Coast" ones, could be wrong
