TEMCO Tool had an existing ERP system, which required them to manually input their machine tool data. The company wanted more real-time and accurate production data to inform purchasing decisions as well as to enable them to make aggressive bids on new orders.
After just a few months of installing MT-LINKi, production throughputs have nearly doubled. In one instance, a new ROBOCUT was discovered to have longer cycle times than an older machine through the MT-LINKi data; the optimized machine’s performance has increased by 200 percent.
