Also after taking asylum, you can’t travel back to that country. Imagine you say your life’s in danger in India you apply asylum and then after that going to India to travel 😂 Your asylum can be then rejected and you won’t be allowed inside the country back

In this case once you apply asylum Indian authorities are notified you are no longer Indian citizens. Your Aadhar, PAN, drivers license basically all docs of yours in India will be automatically cancelled.

Any information regarding asylum claims are NEVER shared with other countries (except the west). What could happen is they return with an expired passport and it may be illegal to travel with one. I just hope they do not make any changes to citizenship laws. I have spent 3 years in this country and don't want to see winter 2025. I started working in a US company and have convinced them to let me work from Canada till April 2025 when I would be eligible for citizenship. It would be shame to return back to US without Canadian citizenship. At least I don't need physical H1B visa stamps evyear3 yesr with Canadian passport. I honestly I am done with Canada, with or without Canadian passport although later part would seem waste of time then.
Most of these students should not be here. They come from rich small towns cities in Bharatdesh. They study in colleges where education is not acceptable for jobs. They are wasting their time. Please donot come unless you are qualified and admissible in canadian job place. IIT level education strong communication skills. Health care farming etc.
Believe me or not because of us ( NOT ALL) is place I has become not so livable. I hope you all got which people I’m referring to to. And believe me I have had talks with from similar groups and apparently they said the same shit. It was good 3-4 years before but now it’s pathetic.
