One thing you failed to mention at 2:35 is that "V-Bucks" stands for Vintertech Bucks.
This is told in fortnite's original game mode, "save the world".
Vindertech being the company of the one who made all of the gadgets that you now see in battle royale, such as the futuristic drones that picks up eliminated players and sends them back to the lobby, the battle bus, and even the Reboot van. This is because Vindertech actually discovered the battle royale island and used it as a testing ground for their projects, which ultimately lead to there being the connection between the two "sepereate" islands.
The company Vindertech was named after it's founder, "Doctor Vindertech".
“Doctor Vintertech” would be the craziest chapter villain in the game if Epic Games were smart enough to do something like that

51:24 I remember perfectly how it was to play in that era.
With the traps added there was a controversy because it could instakill you if you didn't have enough shields and there was what I call a cube trap(trap on top,right and left) they basically put some shields or weapons in the middle like bait.
I think they got removed because most of the players hate it which is justified.
I would like to share more experience from the past so if anyone would like to know anything just ask and I will try to respond.

I'm a part time Fortnite player and I love to deep dive into bizarre, unknown, dark and untold stories of Fortnite. So glad I found this Fortnite iceberg
Solo Events was probably plural because there was technically 2 of them, the aforementioned Zero Crisis and the one at the beginning of Chapter 3 called “A New Day”, where you wake up washed up on the new island and the Foundation talks to you.
The Zapotron was also seen in the imposter mode ltm. It was locked away in a small room located in the mini gun firing range.

Kind of a shame that you won't cover STW in the Fortnite Iceberg (since i would expect the "Ultimate Fortnite iceberg" to cover EVERYTHING fortnite related BR, STW, and Creative regardless how you feel about it)
besides that tho i really did enjoy this video as a whole as it's really nice to look back on everything Fortnite/Epic Games have done as well as the Fortnite Community as a whole.
i've had alot of memories with this community (especially on Twitter) so it'll be really nice to see everything being covered here from the game updates, game/community member controversies, etc

One thing that is rarely pointed out or even mention is that Leviathan technically wasn't the original creator of the chug jug with you parody. Although he was the one who created a full parody of American boy, it was this other guy who sang a few of the lines in a short clip. I can't remember his name but I know he was the guy who originally created the parody first.

23:20 The radiohead collab happened cause of the videogame/experience based on the band called kid amnesiac. The game was available for the epic games store and you could get the radiohead items in fortnite if you had the game.

You should really add to the iceberg the fact that the fortnite sky box looks like the orb around the island and zero point, we don’t know if it is intentional or not though.

First topic has slight false info, V-bucks before could be used on llamas in save the world, but they were considered Gambling and after a law suit, V-bucks can no longer be used to buy llamas in Save the world, but now instead use X-ray tickets, which can only be obtained through gameplay, also player can now see exactly what they are going to get from the llamas, and finally as a bonus any player that bought at least 1 llama with V-bucks received 1,000 bucks in compensation

The controller player clip was actually because I’m pretty sure the more fps you had back then the stronger your aim assist was, and people would spam LT because it would also help out with your aim assist, which is why Mongraal pointed it out after the dude ADSd
Was the C3S1 opening not a solo event? Waking up on the beach and walking up to the campfire to talk to the Foundation
Very minimal things happened, barely an event on the scale of the black hole or island flip. It was a mini live event, like The Collider glowing like crazy.
32:00 zapotron was also in the armory in the imposters game mode inside of one of those rectangular prisms the drum gun was in during the unvaulting event

Elemental Ray didnt actually want to kill all those players. A john wick skin was breaking all the ramps and when he noticed he just broke the last one so that the john wick wouldnt get the satisfaction of all those kills. He posted a video "my side of the story" on yt
As someone who played on and off from pre-season to now, it's great seeing the evolution of the game and all it's hidden secrets

I really hope you cover the small subsection of Evie and Among Us art. I don't know who started it, but there's a weird amount of art that has these two together and I feel like that deserves a part in the iceberg. Really good videos too, can't wait for part 2!

Fortnite creative on switch use't too sometimes censer words on the blackboard with a heart emoji, but like not a red one but a one with white outline. I think if you put slurs where centered like the f slurs for gay people or just the word gay , but like the word that rhymes with corn and starts with p didn't get censored with the heart emoji. This was around season 9-14
i guess you could say, this is the foundation of the rest of the iceberg

The game started becoming “bad” when epic introduced and focused more on competitive and creative. You’ll see a pattern that when people started complaining about how bad or dead the game has become, the more they listened to what pros wanted or promoted new creative features. There was even a peak era I would say where it seemed that anything someone like clix or mongraal would whine about, epic would change to their liking. It’s not as severe now as many the game isn’t quite as played by people and pros. But still, that’s what really started making the game just be a sellout with no identity. They should’ve stuck with listening to actual fans of the game, but money talks

You have to play a good substantial amount of save the world it’s a good game and in 2019 it saw the most players joining in, the only reason why it seems not that fun is because it takes progressing and people are quite inpatient

Can you add the bee hive easter egg back in Chapter 1, Season 1? There would be bee hives that would spawn in an abandoned house in Salty Springs. They would make buzzing noises when got close to them and would stop when you broke them. They had zero explanation behind them so it was always weird to me. Thanks.
