I actually really appreciate how genuine most of this episode was. I like how Wahlid was asking questions trying to get real answers/stories from Cody and not making a bit out of it. Nothing against my boy Noel, but I definitely like this dynamic as a backup every once in a while

I'm from the Kurdish region of Iraq and this gesture of greeting someone with fresh hot food really hits home. I never knew otherwise before I moved to live in the west, but the tender care and welcoming of the Middle Eastern culture is really something comforting. and seeing Cody being so lovely about the gesture is sweet
Bro there is no such thing as "middle eastern" culture. There are many different ethnicities within the Middle East each have their own language and culture. When people say middle eastern culture they are usually just thinking of Arab culture because Arabs make up the vast majority of the Middle East. Funny thing is this guy Wahlid is Afghan which isn't even in the Middle East, its Central Asia. The formal definition of the Middle East stops at Iran.

Finally got to watch this episode, I was pleasantly surprised that Wahlid talked about Jus Reign, I was always a huge fan of his and always wondered what happened, I would get happy when he would pop up in a random video here and there, it's nice to hear that he's doing better and to at least get some context as to why he just kind of disappeared, hope he continues doing well, I miss that guy's content but in the end I'm happier that he's doing well.
