when I bought "Possibilities" I really could'nt expect this...that album, for just the ones who have open mind, is a pearl.I heard many cats saying it is just a useless experiment, i think this is just something that music industry needed. something that crosses genres ...a paint with 4 hands...great Herbie.
This song is SO beautiful; the lyrics are tragic, painful and poignant. Reminds me of my last long-term relationship - I stupidly could have been singing the lyrics, as they were exactly how I felt. Oh well ........ thank God I've moved on, because living like that was sh**.
there aren't many musicians around today that compare to herbie's arrangements. that mixed with the vocals took his song to a different place... and it made me remember the original
billie's original makes you want to cry... But this cover is amazing... Herbie adds the right accompianment and well... Lisa and Damien are just incredible =) lisa's voice is so beautifully haunting....
ok fine i got cold feet......that and my girlfriend was with me s ya know awkwardness haha she was amazing i thought when they played "i dont know" it was a highlight, just showing the band's ability, plus it was the first time i saw lisa, tomo or shane live so i was just thrilled as it was.......jaysus im ramblin
