Hillbilly Joe! He's so cute!! Why am I waiting to make some of these?! He's close to being my favorite of all your gnomes! But I say that about most of them!
Oh a Scarecrow!!!! I love it!!! I named him SAX! I definitely want to make him! Hey love the group on Facebook too! Going to find burlap just as soon as I get back from camping...leave tomorrow for a week... 😂
I'm so glad you're in the group, girlie. Another camping trip?!?! LOL We are planning a fall one but have to double up on supplies due to the torrential rain. I figure if I start making a plan now, I might actually be ready by October.
I like Leroy like Sharlene said but I was thinking Rusty sounded good too! Just got my first emails and subscribed here. Not very fond of FB so will have to think about joining that group. Excited to learn more from you!😁
Rusty is a great name, too. I just learned of a way to "make rust" with cinnamon and well, now I have to give it a try, so maybe on my next fall gnome? And no worries on the Facebook group - I will always share via the newsletter. I know Facebook isn't for everyone. ;)
@@SarahNenniDaher I love that you usually make a video tutorial and it’s like you were right there when I’m putting it together so thank you very much. I really enjoy your teaching and you are so creative.💗
@@dianahenderson9696 Aww thank you so much, Diana. I'm blushing. And if you ever have suggestions on ways to do the tutorials differently and better, please let me know. I want to make them as useful as I possibly can. :)
OMG! he’s beyond adorable! He’s definitely a LeRoy! Good hillbilly name! (+NCIS crime solver! 😉). I use water & glue to stop burlap fraying, it leaves the burlap a little stiff, but totally bendable (works well with burlap leaves also! + you can add color if you like!). It does slow down the process a bit, but, prepping the night before would allow for ample drying time. But! You did super great with this guy! Plus your voice over is always fun ! “Ask me how I know?” 🤣😂😅.
Oh my word, I love NCIS!!! LOL Yeah, I like that technique (with the water + glue) but it always 'sheds' when I cut it, if that makes sense. It's a great thing to use on sign, though - I should make one for Fall. And thank you so much, Sharlene. I'm so happy you're here with me.
The SVG file set is only for those people who have cutting machines. They get the PDF pattern but also get the digital files to have the machines cut their fabric.
