    I have never decorated cookies but want to learn. What is the reason for putting squiggle lines inside an area you are coloring? LIke with the pumpkin.

      You're in the right place!! I have tons of tutorials for beginners. The squiggly line is done with my thicker consistency (i call it my outline) and it helps prevent craters or indents in the icing when it dries!
