I missed something. How did you gain access to the clients Instagram/Facebook business accounts @0:52? Would they not have to connect their own pages or give permission?
I did this and then it had an option to sync last 15 or 30 days. I did 30 days refreshed and went to convos and nothing showed up. went back again and did it. still same thing. Where may I be going wrong?
The academy said we were to have more than 1 facebook account in case we were blocked for whatever reason. And each subaccount is a client right? So we do this everytime for every client right? Which would mean we can use multiple facebook accounts. If I am wrong, please someone let me know.

Is there a reason to connect all pages we manage? I just connect to the subaccount I'm using. Or is it just to do because why not?

At the sub-account level, you just want to connect the client's FB account to their sub-account. - Chase
