How much did he give you? I would start at 150 mg then if it works try 100 mg....it's a waste of time if they don't start you at a good mg. Also, drink a lot of water since it's a diuretic
I have been taking 100mg a day for the last 5 years and it's been life changing in the best way for my mental health. No side effects here.... I get blood work every 6 months to monitor potassium and I'm all good. Best thing I have done for myself.
My doctor said there are no long term effects + with my personal research I haven’t seen any issues with it! But that’s my opinion for sure. We will see!
