For the beacon, you could have a second feed tape on top that is 1-2 ticks offset from the other one that has the same colors to avoid the flash. Although the white flash *is* more distracting.
This unhidden bunker screams to me “Visually noisy, annoying neighbor next door ,that 100% won’t cause any lag due to the activity going on in the slightest.” XD
Putting this in the general area of your actual hidden base really improves your chances of keeping the hidden one hidden. People will be way too distracted to notice whatever secret entrance you have next door

For serious tho, bunkers are simply really, really structurally sound fortifications with hella thicc concrete walls, to the point where specific munitions had to be developed during wartime to cope with them effectively without sending potentially dozens of soldiers to their doom for the sake of taking one out, collectively called bunker busters. The design of bunkers has changed over time, from being blast shelters for physics experiments, to gun entrenchments in WWII, to underground survival shelters civies happen to have a fascination with.
