I am currently bulking because I am underweight and it's hard for me to gain weight (shocker ik). I have always been super skinny and it's contributing to a lot of health problems that I'm currently dealing with. I am referring to it as bulking primarily because I don't want to think about the weight that is gained and lost, I just want to be healthy. I'm glad that you made this video because not only does it motivate me to stick with it, it also shows the importance of not worrying about how much you weigh because it's all about being at our best. Everyone's best is different and that should be respected. Thank you for the extra motivation to keep at it when I really want to give up. 💜
an advice: you can change those cereal and sugar loaded products,and put some healthy fats,and veggies + protein rich meals,you just will speed up your bulking

Burn#Loot#Murder BLM beginners can have longer mesocycles because they recover quickly... and you have to define hard training first... a good way of programming a meso is increasing proximity to failure as the weeks go on (start week one at rir4 and either keep it tge same for a week or go to 3 rir and you do that until you get to rir1-0) volume should increase too... check out renaissance periodization if you want scientific training advice for actual experts... not youtubers that oversimplify everything (not saying this guy did that... it’s just that a lot of people are self proclaimed experts and u gotta watch out)

Bro those eggs are nasty. Couple of tips: - if you want them scrambled, do it in a separate bowl and mix them well. Only do it in a pan/wok if you want like a fried rice + egg asian style dish which has other stuff. - always use oil or butter. you don't need heaps and little bit of extra fat won't kill you, it'll just add like 50 calories and actually make your food edible. butter is better for scrambled, normal fried eggs don't really matter because you're normal moving them. - there are heaps of seasonings to add to eggs: thyme, oregano, chilli flakes or oil, sesame seeds or oil, french onions/shallots. Don't add all, just ones that go well together and that you actually like.

Bro, first off I love the vids. I've had such similar experiences and often get inspired to try new things from the vids. I also use the premier protein with everything, even with cheerios!
you have to bulk for a longer period of time to really see some changes, minimum 3 months or till you barely see your abs anymore, then you maintain for a month and then you cut again.
Bulking is way more effective combined with regular hypertrophy workouts, if you had done it instead of calisthenics workouts you'd notice a huge difference on your looks.
If you want to go further on calisthenics you should get the book Overcoming Gravity. It has progressions for everything and teaches how to program too.

I’ve never put it in cereal but I honestly don’t like the way oatmeal taste or feels when cooked so I just scoop one cup of oatmeal and put that same protein shake as yours and eat it like cereal. Doesn’t really if it’s cooked or not just my preference ✌️
Do you normally eat at maintenance? I’ve recently started working out and am in it for the long run - I currently sit around 60kg but am not that strong, bench is 55kg for 3 🤦🏻♂️. Reasonably low bf and can see top 4 abs but seem to store fat in lower belly. What would you suggest diet wise
Protein powder in oatmeal is godly. One scoop per cup of oats. I use a cookies n cream favored oatmeal. Also im glad to see that im not the only one who excessive with the cinnamon

Been "bulking" for 3 months now. Workout 5 times a week, Mon upper, Wed lower, Fri upper split then 2 days then (Tues Sat) abs and cardio. Eating 3500-4000 calories per day (except weekends which I do 3000 because I am stuffing myself during the week so much my stomach needs a break). 230 grams of protein and 5 grams of creatine per day. Gained a total of 5 pounds..... 6'2" 160 pounds rn. What am I doing wrong?

6 weeks just not enough... it’s just barely a mesocycle

Lack of a proper diet in general I’d say, if you had enough protein and weren’t in a severe deficit you shouldn’t stall
