I can’t answer for that area, but here in rural Pennsylvania, there is no recycle service that comes. You are not required to have trash service in my township. You can pick whoever you want to pick up your trash. There are 5 homes on my street, and there are 3 different trash companies that come. Us and the other neighbor have Waste Management, and the other people have 2 local companies. There is also another local company that the people on the other road have. A lot of people burn their cardboard.
