Not going to lie, I didn’t know you were supposed to do any of that…. Had it for a year and a half and it’s started to have really weak suction. I guess I’ll do this now
This was a good cleaner until it was just over a year old then the suction went. Avoid.
It was really good for 1 year and then it stopped suctioning.
Thank you for your comment. We would recommend cleaing the filters thoroughly, allowing to completely dry, refitting and trying again. We also suggest cleaning out the floorhead and tubes to remove any blockages that may be disrupting the air flow.

Where do I plug the charger in
Thank you for your comment. The charger should plug into the charging port located near the handle/dust container area.

No suction no blockage
If you have checked for blockages to no avail, we would also recommend ensuring the filters have been cleaned thoroughly.

Brushes not going round help
We would recommend checking the floor head is thoroughly clean and nothing stuck in the brushes. Please also check the floor head is correctly attached as if it is not secure, it may not operate correctly.
