  • How to cook 1 serving of Stuffed Chicken Rolade with Potapo Mousseline in Bechamel sauce
    Ingredients for Chicken Rolade
    Chicken breast 100 grams
    3 pcs basil leaves
    1 slice cheese
    egg
    flour
    breadcrumbs
    ol for frying
    For Potato Mousseline
    1 medium Potato
    1tsp butter
    1 tbsp all purpose cream
    pepper to taste.
    For Bechamel sauce
    1 tsp butter
    1 tsp flour
    1/3 chicken cubes
    1/2 cup freshmilk or 2 tbs evap
    diluted with 2 tbsp of water.
