Because of this video I was able to replace a spring today in my Mambo that somehow came dislodged from the gimbal... good thing it happened while flying simulator... Thank you VoloFPV... This video is much appreciated...

are they better like this? mine seem too tight but how much louser are the soft springs? also is it not possible to adjust the tension without changing springs?

Tbs manual: "Adjusting stick tension. If the stick feel too rigid or too soft, the tension of the springs can be changed by adjusting the tensions screws." If you set tensions screws to minimum and stick tension is too rigid for you, you need to remove standard springs and install soft springs. Soft springs are really soft; they are suitable for expert pilots.

Ogni gimbal (meccanica di uno stick) ha due direzioni di scorrimento, ogni gimbal ha due molle. Ho sostituito, quindi, un totale di quattro molle per entrambi i gimbal. Le molle vanno sostituite con le morbide (soft) solo se la regolazione alla minima tensione di quelle standard risulta troppo dura; quindi è una personalizzazione da fare se necessario.

I put Tbs intimacy and sensation oil on my gimbals. Better movements and throttle friction now, but same plastic gimbals...

Adjusting gimbal springs was never an Advanced Task before the Mambo.

It's not an easy task to change TBS Mambo gimbal springs, but then sticks slides like butter and quad control is more direct with less effort.
