  • A modern day superhero, Matthew works everyday to reduce people’s exposure to air pollution. In his talk, he discusses this invisible threat to society, and offers an innovative solution to analyse and clean the air in some of the most polluted parts of our cities. Matthew Johnson is Professor of Atmospheric Chemistry at the University of Copenhagen and co-founder of and Chief Science Officer at Airlabs, a company made up of a team of atmospheric chemists and airflow engineers devoted to reducing people's exposure to air pollution; they do this by designing flexible, low powered, low maintenance air cleaning installations. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx

Great delivery. I didn't hear SO2 which is one of the pollutants from vehicular emissions due to sulphur in fossil fuels.

Both the air pollution and the climate change are settled when they attach in this century first Soyama Turbine which makes exhaust gas drained from an internal combustion engine ,a factory, the thermal power station absorption offset silence having no bad smell to an exhaust oral region.

It is not any super hero, A great person is an inventor of first^-ever "Soyama turbine" which makes the effluent gas of an internal combustion engine and the thermal power station absorption offset ,the silence having no bad smell from idling without exhausting a fossil fuel!

so much catastrophic irreversible pollution damage has been done, so little individuals and groups can do to compete with the whole worldwide system.

Objective: Identify a solution that Matthew has for air pollution and justify why that solution would work based on the evidence he provided.
Can someone answer this question for me?

But is it actually reducing pollution(not just air ), like from the manufacturing to use and to decompose it? If yes we got a solution and if it's no,then we r in existential crisis ,go back to old age or innovate in time

And, what about the global environment and diverse life we depend on for a future worth living for?! This isn't a solution, is like putting a band aid on a fracture dislocation, and one more step towards living in a inadequate gold fish bowl. Has this well intentioned (?) fellow ever stood waiting an hour or more in a bus shelter, on a coach or train station platform??
