      It’s not painful if done correctly. If your elbow is pointed up and your shoulders are not internally rotated inwards (which is very hard on the rotator cuff) it’s a very good sprinting technique. It’s very tiring tho

      @@ImKyzor lol essaye de faire une course de 200m (20-27 secondes selon ton niveau) en totale apnée. en fait plus le sport est intense plus le temps possible en apnée est court. :D c différent de faire une apnée au repos. et une apnée a l'effort max mais impressionnant en tout cas c sur que tu nage plus vite dans l'eau. ca serait encore plus logique d'autoriser la coulée plus longue et faire 50m sous l'eau

    • @romainbclt
      @romainbclt 4 года назад +7

      Sur 50m c'est totalement en apnée pour éviter de perdre du temps à reprendre sa respiration. C'est très intense mais largement faisable, surtout en grand bassin où il n'y a pas de demi-tour à faire, contrairement à un bassin de 25m.

    • @solareiusdeiu
      @solareiusdeiu 4 года назад +1

      @@romainbclt cest ce que je dis, cest faisable mais ca reste impressionant . par contre le meme temps d'effort (20 à 30sec) sur un sprint d'athlétisme (donc un 200m) est juste IMPOSSIBLE en apnée. je pense que l'effort a fournir est beaucoup plus intense car plus de tension pour produire du mouvement, aussi l'effet de la gravité demande des efforts beaucoup plus forts. mais d'un autre coté, la vitesse produite est aussi tres supérieure. donc je pense que le 50m nage libre en apnée, correspondrais plutot à un 30-60m grand max sur une piste d'athlétisme. (en terme d'apnée possible)

    • @jihair2356
      @jihair2356 4 года назад +2

      @@solareiusdeiuLol ca se voit que tu connais pas grand chose à la natation, dans l'eau tu a quasiment tout le corps qui est en résistance et l'effort qu'il faut produire pour tirer de l'eau qui rappelons à une masse beaucoup plus supérieure à l'air est astronomique.
      Courir en apnée c'est un jeu d'enfant crois moi
