I immediately fell in love with this song the first time that I heard it. I played it that evening on repeat. Sade’s hauntingly beautiful voice accompanied by the delicate jazz instrumentation drew me in. It is one of her best tunes, but did not receive sufficient airplay at the time as there were so many other hits on this album. Sade remains a gorgeous vocal seductress.🎶❤️🎶

Her smooth sexy cool style of quiet storm Jazz and romantic candle light & Champaign R&B, is by far un matched. With the very deep yet very light, heavy , but soft mermaid voice. One of my favorites. Fun fact. Her voice is so off octave that no one repeats her songs professionally, not on the Voice, not on American Idol, Nowhere. 💯
