Genevieve did surprise me on this one. I heard more color and tone and I was like okay sing. Travis is just amazing. I thought the first half was good but the harmony and the ending run gave me chill bumps
Genavieve and Travis both did a fantastic job. I wish so much for Genavieve to have an amazing career singing. She deserves it. I am not too sure what Katy meant by Genavieve needs to grow more. I hear no flaws in her voice. It is music to my ears.
I’m sorry but the producers need to stop exploding this “death sister” story, is tiresome to watch and I bet the girl is emotionally drained at this point, I’m all about her to have her sister as motivation but keep it in, it’s such a private matter and that’s what make me uncomfortable...also, he ate her up whole in a bite without trying too hard...

David Freer you couldn’t be further from the truth. I don’t like drama nor do I stir it up. I was only making an observation. I pay attention to detail. If you go back and watch it again, pay attention to his hands and his expression when he reaches for her hand. It is possible she is concentrating so much on the song that she doesn’t see him reaching out, I don’t know. That is why I said it “looks like”.
I'm tired of all the son stories these people have why can't they just come on sing and either go home or stay we don't need a sob story for us to like their singing. I stopped watching because I got tired of everyone having a sob story I have sob stories too but I don't tell them. To sing I just sing because it makes me happy.
