You should do Tera, discordia, and chernobog joust team and build full cdr. It is the best troll team comp ever with the infinite roots and range so all the enemy team can do is cry in tower.

I often switch Pythagorem's Piece for Rod of Asclepius or I sell my boots and go Rod of Asclepius instead (Cerberus has a slow on his 2 so I don't need boots)!
