The good ol days when this was tier 10 and was actually pretty good
From my experience, this is like a Russian Jagdtiger. It trades gun handling and DPM for armor and a low profile.
My friend and I played in tandem with Jagdtiger and 263. Jagdtiger can comfortably sit behind 263 and shoot over it. You basically get a single tank with 263 armor and 2 guns. It's ridiculously powerful when defending an enemy push because you have a combined DPM of over 6k and together you present a single very well armored target.
I still miss the old 263, that thing is real fun to play back then.
