I have been enjoying this CAL so much. I think it is because I love Pride and Prejudice. The colors and stitches are beautiful. Every Friday I'm just waiting for 1pm here in Ohio. So much fun. Thanks for giving me quiet crochet time on Friday.

Beautiful 😍 CAL Lizzie blanket Anja and Dirk! I can’t wait to crochet 🧶 it! I’m still crocheting 🧶 the border on my MCAL bedspread! It’s Queen size and huge! My Mama is even helping me! We’ve crocheted 🧶 so many rows! It looks so pretty 😍! I hope you all will like it and love 💗 it as much as my Mama and I do! I’m trying to use up as much yarn 🧶 from both yarn 🧶 packs as I can! I'm loving the stitches, aah, the berry stitch is better than the bean stitch, I had a few problems pulling through 7 loops. My sampler is up to date, I'm almost finished with week 2 on my blanket. I only started a week ago, catching up 😉

I am in the US …can anyone recommend a yarn substitute for the StyleCraft Special DK ?
Premier antipilling DK was put in a kit by Mary Maxim for one of Janie Crow's designs for which she originally used stylecraft special DK, so I think it would work well.

I count my stitches and often find my count is off. Not sure why. Making mistakes for sure.

@@OpheliaTalks Well, I was all excited to complete this blanket as it is beautiful. But I should have known and waited until all weeks were posted and the border. If it took you 3.5 hrs for first round dang.
The sampler was very confusing…..
Why??
