I personally use one of these to close a store with 50 plus registers. Most night only about 40 are used. I do not know where this guy got his bills but I personally battle this piece of crap a minimum of 5 hours a night just dumping tills and dispensing another 16 to prepare for next day. It rejects many bills, it jams frequently, and worst of all the time wasted straightening out the little corners on the money is insane. For some reason the unit we use can not accept one hundred dollar bills on one side and five dollar bills on the other. We have 14 self check machines that require the money be sorted before depositing. NIGHTMARE! Hands often become dirty handling these sums of money which then prevents the unit from scanning your hand. We may have eliminated a book keeper but have had to double the amount of closing supervisors.
Having worked on these machines , they are good in technican lab , on site they are awful. They break down and have alot of downtime. They get folks to clean it up who do nothing but watch videos . Go to cashless systems . I always wanted to dump this on the side of the interstate
