  • Passionfruit Sorbet Thermochef Video Recipe. Using only 4 ingredients, a dairy free, gluten free all natural sorbet is so yummy, you will wonder why you never made it earlier. This mouth watering creamy, tangy fruit ice is a perfect palette cleanser. A light tangy sweet chilled dessert to round off any meal. We hope you give it a try.

    INGREDIENTS:
    150 grams passionfruit pulp
    250 grams raw sugar
    1 egg white
    500 grams water
    METHOD:
    Strain the passionfruit pulp, add the sugar and heat until sugar dissolved. Pour into a wide based container and freeze until just solid. Return to Thermochef Jug with egg white and blitz 25 seconds until fluffy & creamy return to freezer for about another hour to solidify before serving
