I love showing off in front of people. A lot of people on Elsword are really lazy, but the more ambitious people sometimes ask me how they can get stronger.
I wanted to make a guide on that, but I ended up making a guide on just equipment-upgrading in general. I might do a video that covers more specifically how I became powerful, but for now, this will have to do.

Another tip, When you're playing Ara, it's best to Highly balance Both the Awakening time and Awakening Charge, because in her Eun Mode, Ara is basically more powerful than she normally is.

There's some stuff I learned from this, I recently finished my SD set for ST and was going to work on Heroic gear next. I never knew how attribute resistance works, and I've been playing for a year now. Never understood how Alchemist or Blacksmith worked, so I'll change 2 of my characters Professions. As for accessories, I'm one of the people that goes for style>Efficiency. But I'm glad I watched this :D

Most people refer to the different categories of Elements as Active and Passive. The active ones are the ones that inflict debuffs on the opponent when they are hit. The Passive ones are the ones that are instantly activated similar to that of a passive.

Correct me if i'm wrong-
You need to craft the high grade magic stones with multiple of the advanced magic stones, but they are both random and give the same values. Wouldn't that mean that advanced magic stones are actually more cost effective than the high grade magic stones? They also take up less inventory space, being an all-in-one stone rather than all separate.

Swagtama Parody Man Void is for scrubs.... it's too easy lol. Normal els is where you can actually work ur ass off. And yes it is probably the best way to get ED by selling kc.
Although some people have trouble getting KC
in the first place, i highly recommend that you download free gift card apps on your phone. Now I'm an andriod user so i dont know about Apple users. But you can download apps like
1.)Mobile Performance Meter (earn points daily just by using your phone. When you have enough, redeem points for gift cards)
2.)App Trailers (Watch trailers on your phone to earn points. I reccomend running the app overnight while you sleep so u can wake up with alot of points. After that you can redeem points for gift cards)
3.) SlideJoy (Creates a lock screen on your phone that you need to swipe in order to unlock, earn points by doing that then redeem points for gift cards.)
Usually i redeem 5 dollar gift cards at a time. they take abut 2 weeks to get w/o the first-time downloading bonus. You can also get even more points on each of these apps by chosing to invite a friend. When you are picking which kind of gift card to redeem, make sure you redeem CVS pharmacy gift cards,all these apps are eligible for CVS, and since elsword accepts thst kind of giftcard, you should chose that one when you load up.

9:16 I used route 3, it works well for sd sets. Though it might not be a good idea for other types.

Hello, I have recently returned to playing Elsword.
Sadly, Lu/Ciel's costumes and accessories seems to be fully separate.
I'll have to re-socket Ciel's costume for speed.
One weird thing that happens to me quite often while playing Lu/Ciel nowadays..
For some odd reason, time to time when switched to attacking with Lu..
The damage that appears seems as if her weapon suddenly went on vacation?
Is Lu's occasionally weaponless base damage a bug made from Lu/Ciel's stats being split?
which one is better, 3/5 H: wrath hr29 (including weapon), H: 2/5Wisdom hr29 all +9 enhancement vs a single (weapon)+11 enhancement?
rf can prioritize awakening charge in pvp , not so much time ,in pve you can use both because of his stacking trans passive, also ive had a few friends argueing about whats better in the long run to stack max or add, does max have a cap?
If you're still stuck on the whole "max vs. crit vs. add" thing, you might want to watch the video through a second time.

It does, but the cap is so high that you wouldn't really need to worry about it

I would imagine it would cap at 100%, since you can't raise your minimum attack range OVER your maximum.

I'm playing void elsword and I think sage stones are called Magic Stone of the Wise and Warped Magic Stone of the Wise there... Or are those different type of magic stones?
Not sure what the magic stones are called on the test server but if they have the same icon as the ones in this video they're probably the same thing
Light resistance is actually pretty good in PvP due to the fact it reduce light-stun effects, even though it only useful after the 390+, it actually very prevalent now. Having 390+ light resist let people jump out/skill out of many actives/special actives such as Steel body, tazer, iron howling, and any other skill that light stuns. Having 390+ light resist is pretty much the same/ a bit worst then VC stun resist passive.
you can actually jump out of normal attacks when DL uses ORIAX because the hitstun with high light resist is so small than normal hitstun

IP used to be my PvP main, and yes - it does feel awesome to have all those resistances. Too bad the nerf train hit them :(
After trying out IP I think I won't go back to DC...even if I main Chungdam I don't think I'll drop him, I just have too much fun playing TT

Unlike basically everyone, Chung's Specs are actually both quite good. Obviously you don't need Spec B or anything when it comes to dungeon play but that Spec A actually works on all skills, not JUST skills that cost cannonballs

what SD set should i use for Luciel Noblesse and Blazing Heart??

I wouldn't go with either attribute. Fire works best on classes with heavy MP burn options, such as Asura. Wind is better for classes that are very active-reliant for their damage, such as TT.

Aii i spend alot of my time in elsword NA and VOID yeah i showed me stats in my vifeo could you check to show me if its good??? Its for my ADD MM lvl 85
Just a little comment about the amulets, sometimes Field Boss Cube that drops from field bosses (lol) has a chance to give you one of those, starting from +5 to +8.
However getting a +8 is kind of hard there (I have only got like..2 or 3? and I have been playing Elsword for a long time) but still in comparison to Ariel giving a +8.. field boss cube may have even a bigger chance.
Even a +7 is kind of common in those cubes.
Funny you should mention this actually. I've actually been running the Demon Slayer title, which requires that you kill 1,000 field bosses in Lanox.
I've opened 150 field boss cubes and no +7 or +8 yet. HOWEVER, I have gotten six +5s (joy) and six +6s (yay?).
And on the note of Ariel's amulet.. I've actually gotten it before. Isn't that cool? Usually, the only person who ever gets her amulet is your sister's mom's side of the family dad's uncle's classmate's son's daughter's dog's pet tree or something.
Well, seems some people are lucky with Ariel and others with field bosses cubes.
Good guide btw, one thing I learned with your vid was about the difference of the normal Sage and the Twisted ones
Cursed there is 1 way to get a +9 easily since there aren't any event atm, it's a bit hard but getting blacksmith lvl 8 - 10 makes getting +9 so easy, either you can dismantle equipment and pray you get +9 or use blacksmith enchant
QnW Thanks tho, I have a blacksmith at lvl 4 right now (reaching +7 is kind of easy sometimes) cause just at +6 the risk of break the piece is so high. I don't know if it is me or the risk is now higher in comparison to past times.
Cursed don't enchant your main equips just use random drops from dungeons, also getting pass +6 has been risky for years, I know the feel xd

What's the recommended percent of maximize if you aren't rolling in lots of ED? I have 46%
Considering maximize is your damage stat, you sorta just want to have as much as you can cram on your weapon.
Brancliff My weapon has all maximize in it with attack speed having a iron wedge on it as well, and my IB weapon is crit and maximize, that good? Both are fully saged

there is nothing much but i have to ask Bran-senpai if i use sage stone will the Alchemist buff applies to it.
It works, but alchemy doesn't increase the maximum value you can get on a socket, it just increases the likelihood of getting a high value. Meaning, you dont technically have to (but you should)

I have an extra unique set with 40% awk charge on it and I sit in a field, so when dungeon queue pops I can awaken and switch back to my regular set but I get the free awk time and you also still have 3 beads to save for later and I do the same with titles as well, switching them around during the dungeon depending on what I need. Its really useful and I havent heard of anyone else using it like this.

That's a really creative idea! I've never done it before. I probably wouldn't do it myself though. If you put a ring of fury on before you enter the dungeon, you'll automatically start with three beads anyways.

Brancliff Yos the RoF does give you 3 beads but having the 3 beads when you go in lets you save those 3 for later :^)

is it easier to just do enhancements ? because I've always thought finding amulets is easier :c
Enhancements are much harder to do because of the luck requirement and recovery scrolls being expensive
You forgot following things:
1. Passives (most likely crit chance and crit damage passives) they are a huge factor on how much u go on crit for example I don't need to go above 50% (with upcoming nerfs/buffs 40%) since my fully stacked(25) passive gives me 2% for each stack so in total 50% crit chance.
2. Titles (self explanatory e.g. OoR)
3. SD Lanox set (sucks though)
4. Sockets lvl up with avatar, BUT NOT with Armor and Weapon (fixed on armor/weapon lvl)
I didn't include passives because the player has no influence over them.
Still, the other things are valid. I might just make a secondary video
to this.

I can't really say much that hasn't been said in the video itself. But reaching 2,000 maximize should be easy - many people could get that in two weapon sockets.

You know how Poison makes your jump practically shit? And how there are some ledges that you can't jump on with shit jump height after poison debuff 3? I just watched a cornered raven slowly die as he couldn't do anything against a ranged mob with the poison and plague attributes. It was hilarious to watch.

I've challenged myself to f2p as far into the game as I possibly can. Must say... Nowadays, Elsword is way friendlier with f2p players. But in any case, I'm level 70 as of now, let's see how far I can go.

also, spar set isn't that bad as it's stats grow with you. not worth keeping when you can get the lv85 stuff (unless you can SOMEHOW raise it to +10), but it does do it's job of easy sockets for PvP (elements too)
Also, Light element will not knock enemies down in dungeons, while resetting their KD value. It's actually FAR BETTER in dungeons than PvP. Also, the defense increase is a lie. Light doesn't increase their defenses, this has been tested by multiple sources
also should mention that bleed status effect is resisted by wind while stun is resisted by light element. not everyone seems to notice that

But since a lot of newer people also don't know too much about SD sets, and no one has done a guide on all the SD stages, that's a idea there.
closest I've done is a guide on elder's SD on the NA forums, and a few vids with hints on bosses. SD guide is honestly a perfect way to go more into detail about the sets, especially since players are more than likely to get one, even if they try to go for something better (cause of high item lv requirements for some stuff)

You don't really "lock" it per se, you just choose to socket a different slot
am free player, (just loaded 1 time), and i got alomost everything a casher could, set IB, weap +10-+11, got gear, got pet, petch aura, etc etc
i might be hard to play free but if u like it i think is not necessary to spend that much money

+ The only things that are really different by now are the addition of Elrianode equipment (which justifies its own guide) and Void weapons (which I disapprove of to the point of refusing to help people with it)

The Henir revamp just makes Henirs equipment stronger - so that can stay. However, the attributes are different now, so that section of this video IS outdated. I plan on making a video addressing everything that this video doesn't, but it won't be out for a while.

question..
1. i playing as rose Opt.
should i socket spec A..?. cause its increase overstrike mode... and i always use OS before attacking..
2.are wind attribute effect normal or melee only?.. cause someone tell me like that, not sure about it..
I don't play Rose, so I can't tell you much for how she works in that regard.
As far as wind goes, the stipulation is that it, like all attributes, can't activate during special actives. I can't imagine it being melee-only, since wind is popular on DC.

I know a lot of people that achieved +10 and up by spending over $170 just for this process alone. Ridiculous.....
During an enhancement event, I was able to get my +11 for $37.

Actually, no, they're pretty rare - hence people freak out and cash in whenever there's a chance.

In one of the Q/As, the Els devs said they wanted to do something about Ereda because the queue is broken and they didn't think the rewards are enticing enough

The queue IS broken lol. I managed to get 3 amulets from it though? Just another what, 100 runs before I get what I need,,
And given what the rewards are for the trophies, I'm not surprised that most KR players don't find it enticing enough.
While the queue IS broken, a lot of the people who are commenting here actually met me in Ereda. There are times where the queue is actually really lively for some reason.
Yeah, the rewards are pretty bad. The magic stones suck and it's not time-efficient to buy the blessed time and space scrolls. But if you're cheapy the cheapskate or can't charge KC due to your geographical location, then I guess it's an option.
That being said, being able to get 15-day item mall things is actually pretty nice. They might not be temporary, but they last pretty long and don't take much work.
In Canada I can get $15 out of a $25 gift card, so yeah, it is quite inefficient for me to buy KC. Grinding ED is why I have most of what I do lol.
