Admin LTE 3 template and (make saprat header, footer, content and side menu)
and add one administrator menu with child menu
1)Add new reigeation
2)add roles
3)add permissions
4)user status(as Enabled / Disabled)
1)user types supper admin, admin, Data Entery, Data Viewer
2)Roles
3)Permission
4)Enables-Disable
5)User can register self and supper admin or admin can create them and user receive email
Show dashboard and side menu based on roles and permissions
