Van, the hatmaker does both call 8006221911 Mon -thur 11:30am-5pm Not sure if he can work with that super stiff,helmet-like felt.. but if it's regular felt it's no problem call Van at the shop ,discuss it w him.

Demonico hatter is a 25-30 minute drive from my house...the son runs the business now. He's a.good guy. They do minimal hat repair work.
