Someone's backing it up 😂😂...you are a natural, who knows how long your vlog will go on, but one things for sure you will just get better whatever you do...👍😉💞
Izzy yet another fantastic and very informative vlog. You are so right in saying you have only visited the tip of the iceberg. I would also recommend Regents Park, it has a zoo and, in the summer, among other things, a gorgeous rose garden. 🌹
It's hard to reccomend for you because you are soo ok informed and great at finding places! You know London soo well! I was gutted you missed summer last year when you had to go back and I'm looki g forward to you enjoying a British summer. British summer can be great weather from now until October....loved video as always!! Too cute 🥰
The Holly Bush was a meeting place at weekends for us locals in the 60s 70s.we would do a pub crawl down to Camden Town to see all the Bands of the day. It’s a shame that you haven’t discovered live pub bands throughout your stay.
Colombia Rd is in Hackney, which is definitely an area you should try to explore more of. If you get a chance to go on a Saturday, Broadway Market is really cool, which is right next to London Fields which is a great park & you've also got Victoria Park close by (which also has a great market on a Sunday, perfect to stroll up to after visiting the flower market). Then you've also got Kingsland Road in Dalston, which goes up to Stoke Newington Church Street which has loads of great pubs and independent boutique businesses and has a real village vibe. I'm actually from London, so I'm not sure how I've stumbled across your channel, but I love the city and it's really nice to see how much you love it too!
Enjoying your videos. Your are charming. You love the noise of the city clearly. I felt the same about the sirens when I worked in New York. As a Londoner, I endorse your recommendations. Columbia Road flower market is a good call but it can get VERY crowded. The flowers and plants can be good value but shop around. Some interesting boutique shops nearby. Lots of choice usually. It is within walking distance of Brick Lane. On Saturdays the nearby Broadway market is a good food market, with lots of nice pubs and cafes. I travel from East London regularly just to walk in Kensington Gardens as they are so lovely. Near Hampstead Heath, there is Kenwood House - yes, we would all love to live in Hampstead after we win the lottery. The London parks are amongst the jewels of the city, as are the museums - the V&A is full of amazing things and they have exhibitions as well. The main cafe is especially pretty. You have seen more musicals than I have, and I have lived here for 30 years. Nandos - 'nuff said. You can find some unusual items in charity shops, not just clothes. Spitalfields is a bit more corporate than it used to be but still worth a visit.
Love and London is an excellent youtube channel. Jess is American lady who's made London her home. Lots of tips on how to get the most from your holiday in the capital 😀
Thanks Izzy must have taken a while to make this video trawling through all your old videos but it was well made with some useful recommendations for places to visit... 👍
I don't know how I missed this vlog but this is the best 🙈 I'm really hoping I can come back to London for a couple of weeks this year just to take it slow, go to the markets, people watch and kind of immerse myself in what it would be like to live there and be a bit less of a tourist. I have never been to Primrose Hill or Hampstead Heath and both look amazing 😍 Also Lucy is no longer in Phantom but Holly Anne Hull who has replaced her is phenomenal too!! By far the best production I have ever seen and I live for musicals!
A recommendation is start at Westminster Bridge, walk the Southbank from the London Eye down to Tower Bridge taking in Clink, Roman Ruins, Venopalis, tate modern, golden hind, the globe, HMS Belfast and so much more ❤
Looking at your recommendations, you’ve packed a lot into a small amount of time. It’s nice seeing you show some love for a cheeky Nando’s! If you’re looking to branch out a bit more from Zone 1, and you haven’t already poked your head out of Warwick Avenue Tube Station, it’s worth having a nose around Little Venice there. Having breakfast/lunch on a cafe canal boat or a drink in a boat bar makes a nice change of scene.
YES!!! Like the Thursday exploring idea, as it seems like you have only been in the boroughs of City of London, Westminster, Camden, Islington, Lambeth, Kensington&Chelsea , Greenwich and Richmond. If you like art, pretty high streets, parks and canals etc.. PLEASE leave zone 1. I recommend Chiswick, Barnes, Ealing, Deptford, Clapham, Dulwich, Teddington, Muswell Hill, Walthamstow ... Also.. Holly Bush is not even in the Top 50 best pubs of London!
you ever thought of being tour guide for London you do a great job their is a famous quote by Samuel Johnson in 1777 when you tire of London you tire of life which as far as i am concerned still holds today might be time for you to experience the greater London area you will find many places on the outer skirts of the London underground easy access for you and you can't get lost if you stick to the underground or maybe even the busses glad you love Nando's so much as it was one of the first things i recommended to you anyway great video again keep going the London tourist board I'm sure will soon notice you :)
Great video. You should explore more outside London too, i live in Suffolk. You can get a train from London to Ipswich it takes about an hour. All around Suffolk is lovely countryside and many historic houses among other things. You can even visit 'The castle on the hill'.
I'll be moving to London in June! Also planning on starting a vlog, so I'm so inspired by your channel. :) My birthday is in June and I will be seeing Phantom for my birthday.
Spent 20 years in London and your reactions are just lovely ❤
Someone's backing it up 😂😂...you are a natural, who knows how long your vlog will go on, but one things for sure you will just get better whatever you do...👍😉💞
I completely agree with you on Phantom. I saw it many years ago when Michael Crawford was in it and it is still my favourite musical.

Izzy you are a natural in front of the camera. Loved the contant.
Your vlogs just get better and better. Very informative.
I love "the penguin on top of the iceberg" as opposed to the more traditional "cherry on top of the cake."
It's so much more imaginative! 😆

You forgot the fireworks display on New Years Eve. We know you loved it.
I think you'd like Chelsea/the Kings Road/Saatchi Gallery area!
Enjoyed this vid Izzy!

❤❤❤
I would love to live in Hampstead Heath too. Never gonna happen though 😅
IT IS NOT PRONOUNCED "Van GO" we in UK pronounce it Van Goff, but if you want to be completely accurate, the Dutch pronounce it Von Hock.
hows my favorite girl on you tube
Simp.
Have you started job hunting yet? Or is it too early to start looking?
It is still too early sadly but will start very soon!
@@IzzyBisges I'm sure you've got your ear to the ground.
