    Hi, I have a question. I use Inventor 2017 and I do not have the command Insert End Cap, which I see has appeared in 2020. How do i insert plates at the ends of the profile bars? I want plates of customized dimensions, not from the library. I did this by drawing a part in separate file, placing it in the frame assembly and then it's impossible to constrain it on faces which are cut inclined. It seems to work inserting them with Joint, but it only works edge to edge, with no offset. If I need to offset the edge of the plate from the edge of the inclined fece of the steel bar, I have no option.

      How about the method shown in 4:35 ? You can add a perpendicular or angled line, by selecting a plate material that adjust to the dimensions can be used useful for the BOM.

    I have question regarding connection, How can I add an angle as a connection element in frame generator?

      Do you mean to use it as brazing element?
