Very helpful as I lost my manual and have had it in storage for a long time. Wanting to view my mini dv tapes so trying to figure out how to connect to a newer TV model…

You’ll have to get an av to hdmi converter like this one and also find a compatible av cable if you do not have the original

Actually just dug mine out, wanted to watch old tapes unfortunately the sound stutters an skips it's terrible, looking for ways to fix this issue

@Xessive4s that’s sounds like dirty tape heads to me. But yourself a cleaning tape and see if that helps

hey brandon, SP actually stands for standard play and the record times are 60min for sp and 90min for lp

hello brandon!, i have this model dv camera, its my parents owned. i don't really know what should i do for work on it because it says "condensation" something..... do you know what it means? or what should i do? also how to know it full of batteries and how long i could used it in a day....???😢 thanks in advance

Condensation generally means there is some kind of water damage in the tape deck area. So if it has been left in a humid or damp area for a long time it might have been caused by that. And if it’s the original battery it probably won’t keep a charge for very long. A new one in my experience will last about 30-45 minutes
