Jimmy fake laughs in interviews a lot but this is a really good example of how he is with guests that he's actually interested in and has some chemistry with. Their whole dynamic is so much more fun than a lot of his other clips.

Usually other people want to be genuine too but confidence makes a lot of difference while showing it. Anxiety doesn't let people open up and show who they really are. I'm actually jealous of people like her.

Jimmy's interviews with Dakota are some of my favorites. He doesnt overdo anything and still manages to joke and have fun without gettung carried away. And without cutting off the interviewer with a joke or to abruptly change topics. And she genuinely shares laughs too so its just all around good.

Instead she acknowledged and used his wording in her answer so he could hear how it came across. And she did a great job of defending her costar without coming across as argumentative or phony.
