- my dad and i spent a month traveling together in korea. when i just graduated high school in 2019, my dad and i went to korea together. same same. but 5 years later. different different. i am very different. he is a little different. a few more gray hairs here and there. 5 years can do a lot to a person. or i guess a little. and this time around, we had many things to say. and even the moments where we didn't. they were also different. when i say to my 2019 self "why were you like that? why did you do all that?", my dad tells me that 5 years from now i will be asking the same thing.
i wonder what kind of awareness i will have 5 years from now.
i wonder what kind of reality i will hold. hopefully a happy one with lots of yummy food and rice wine... and forests and mushrooms and rice cake and fruit and moss and time spent with my family.
