      @citypopradioFM 5 месяцев назад +1

      "I don't care what anyone says" is crazy lol. Keefe was certainly told what his proffer agreement would constitute and the potential consequences if he broke it. He simply figured they weren't going to bother indiciting him so many years later after openly bragging about it for some credit and easy bread. Even if he was genuinely so stupid to not know any of those things, it's still entirely his fault for not bothering to learn the basics of a proffer before going on BET, putting out a book, and doing a million interviews describing his participation in a high-profile first-degree murder. Don't feel sorry for that man.

    • @citypopradioFM
      @citypopradioFM 5 месяцев назад +2

      @@lionheart796It didn't help that Keefe openly said he hooked up the guns for the hit so he's absolutely culpable for first-degree murder. That man is cooked and he has nobody to blame but himself. LVMPD let him tell on himself for years until they felt the case was a solid conviction.

    • @citypopradioFM
      @citypopradioFM 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@travisscott9359I feel like he knew it was always possible to get indicted for the murder, but he arrogantly figured that they weren't going to bother with that so many years later with law enforcement already aware he participated in the hit. He may have also felt he didn't have time left per his cancer diagnosis, if not worth the DA to bother charging him for it, and wanted to make some money but take full credit for the hit. His proffer gave him a literal get out of jail free card out of an effective life sentence for his PCP case so I can't feel sorry for him or anyone that literally tells on themselves toward a jail cell over pure ego.

    If Greg Kading released the tapes publicly, 1st, why is it a problem when Keefe D talks about it after ?

    • @joojoobaw
      @joojoobaw 5 месяцев назад +1

      Probably because Kading wasn’t the one under investigation and it wasn’t his testimony……

    • @citypopradioFM
      @citypopradioFM 5 месяцев назад

      @@joojoobawIt's a fair question but it's highly doubtful that it'll help him walk from the charges. I'm not an attorney by any stretch but his own lawyer could potentially put on the table that if Kading or whoever publicly put out Keefe's proffer about participating in the murder of Pac, it's already out there and thus Keefe can't break an agreement that was broken by the other parties. It's still more likely a non-starter since like you said, Keefe was the one who signed the agreement and thus it was his responsibility to uphold it by not making public statements about what was in it.

    • @SydalSJC
      @SydalSJC 5 месяцев назад

      Bc they can’t use those tapes against him. But when he goes public outside of that proffer setting and starts telling on himself, they can absolutely use what he says against him.

    It was a federal pcp case. Also, they didn’t ask him to tell them about the 2Pac murder. They asked him to talk about the Biggie murder. He told them he had nothing to do with that, then spilled the beans about 2Pac.

    Local officers and detectives can easily become a part of a “federal task force” which allows police from one jurisdiction to work with and trade information from a different jurisdiction under the same “federal task force”! They get paid federal overtime for these task forces as well as there regular local pay. that’s why there are so many task forces and rico indictments popping up lately. ie: Brooklyn detectives and BX detectives working together to bring down a gang from different areas. It’s actually very simple if you understand the mechanics.

    For some odd reason the part people seem to miss about Keefe D is he didn't care. He assumed after 27 years of not being touched hecwas home free. There was no retaliation from MOB Piru as they were too busy turning on each other and eventually taking each other out. So they didn't care about Keefe D nor whom was in the car involved inb2pac murder. But, what Keefe D didn't realize is Pac had friends real solid friends like myself who didn't forget. Not the friends who do interviews for money and clout. Not friends who create IG pages and post personal photos or letters. But real solid loyal friends who didn't forget and never will. 27 years is a long time to see justice and Keefe D I not the only one responsible there are others who hopefully soon will be indictment soon. But, Terrence saying he feels sorry for Keefe D just solidify that he has no conscience no empathy as he has confessed to taking 41 people lives. Save the poor Keefe D story. Stop playing with 2PAC name. Rip 2pac( Bay Area all day everyday even on Sunday you are missed).
