- With Tarnished Magdalene's ability to gain temporary damage from picking up red hearts, it's no wonder that Rock Bottom works so well alongside her! Luckily, the devs nerfed it a bit to have the permanent damage up only occur sometimes, but it is still an unbelievably powerful tool. 12 damage on floor 1? Yes please! Hope you enjoy!

rock bottom doesn't simply make stats stay in place, the stats you see are simply those that are displayed, but in reality, the real stats still matter, and you won't get a damage upgrade unless you break past the previous damage with the real stat.

The people who don't know this are the ones who say "add rock bottom" to every sinergy
It's not "a small chance to get a damage up".
Rock bottom only remembers the best any stat has ever looked. It only increases when you get more hearts than the last save.
I love that the closed captions is all about positivity, since there's nothing to really caption on the closed captions
So you found the thumbnail secret to success, I see :D
But one thing on a serious note! Remember: It is not chance based! You just lock in the highest damage you ever reached! You will cap really fast because at some point you wont be able to collect more hearts in the short time. Still a freewin tho ^^'

@@richardgibson8403 Rock Bottom could also be broken with tarnished Isaac (but probably isn't) because you keep stat ups from items that you replace with blighted die.

What can i say? It's pretty interesting
Rock Bottom + Dark Arts is just amazing. If you do Dark Arts on any mob that spits a stream of projectiles, you can stack your damage VERY high.
I had what was probably my most OP build yesterday. Was running around with 150dmg and massive tears thanks to The Crown of Light.

From Maggie alone, this mod seems balanced for fun and not balanced at all

Don't sure if this work, but you can't use jera for multiplicate A LOT of half hearts and they will not despawn?

The question is, what happens when you add soy milk in the mix? Or does that not synergize with rock bottom?
It gives u max tears but no dmg down
@@Zeronkil Well it doesn't give you max tears and it kinda does give you a damage down because the 80% less damage still applies to items you pick up after soy milk

some ideas and questions
(i'm spanish, so i'm sorry if i couldn't speak english so good)
1) You could add a kind of "Rune of purity" or some like that who delete a broken heart like a sacrifice machine (which could be useful for magic skin)
2) in every floor the counter of Tarnished Maggie could huh be less? idk how say it in english xdn't but reduce the time of the half heart damage
example:
basement 1: 15 seconds
basement 2: 14.5 seconds
