That is true, but judging by the quick look at her competitions' entries, she really had the best looking presentation. Even her snobby rival's creation wasn't a threat.
Why would the aunt go away on vacation and leave a limited supply and no recipe to her most popular holiday fudge? How could she expect him to "figure it out?"

Cider, orange peel, maple syrup, frankincense and chipotle sound like it would be overpowering in a fudge.
