I genuinely hate skiving edges and wish that there was an affordable machine to do it.

You could try a dremel with a sanding drum. I even considered a carbide burr bit, but it could maybe get a bit too aggressive.

Tony, it’s much easier to glue your lining leather to your main leather before cutting the pieces. That way you don’t have to worry about lining the pieces up.
