Do a Mafia scenario: Ask the 24/7 Clerk for "Protection", and if he refuses, leave and hire someone to rob and destroy the store, then after the cops go away, come back and say that wouldn't have happened if he had paid for protection (which is true).

You got it wrong: The clerk pays for the Mafia (Buggs and Polecat) to protect him and his store. He doesn't pay, he gets robbed. He pays, they leave his store alone. That's basically one of the ways Mafias work

Chris G exactly why he doesn’t make them anymore because they have NO real cops. Using radars and NEVER following any police protocol ruining almost every other episode.

They don't also the reason I know they don't is because most of them are recording themselves. Now I can't speak for those that are not recording but I can definitely say that most are recording obviously they're not cheating.

There is a mod for GTA online which also works on FiveM for a multi monitor setup. It allows you to shift HUD elements onto another monitor as well as having a map always displayed and a bunch of other stuff you can configure. There's also ESP mods for map markers, so even if the server tells the client not to display the player markers, that info is still sent to the client and the mods can still use it, all on a second monitor. They record their main monitor only, so it looks like they're not cheating.

all those cop cars ramming into one car was bad cause the driver of the car could've been badly injured and he was far enough away that they wouldn't of see him going into that parking garage the people role-playing as cops need to roleplay as cops fairly and not cheat

It would actually make sense because as soon as they went around the corner he just disappeared, so he obviously went somewhere. Logical explanation would be he didn't go round the corner and went straight into the car park so worth the look. Real cops would most definitely check that car park if this happened. Cars don't just disappear!
@Gregory Walter Actually once you've lost visual and there are multiple options they could have gone some will continue along most likely path while others would scour side streets/other possibilities in the last seen area.

I really get sick of the cops cheating by using the map to locate the person they’re after. They’re not supposed to do this and it happens in nearly every episode in the beginning! It’s bull and it ruins the fair play of the RP community!

That's not what happened here, the cops were cheating and checking the map. Just look at the way they approach bugs at the end of the video; they don't behave in the manner of someone searching and then finding their quarry. They behave like they knew he was there, despite the fact he lost them.
