Chucky dodging bullets has actually always been put into question as even not 5 seconds later he gets hit by one but also in comics multiple times. The feat seems to be an outlier and not really a clear one cause he’s just moving from one cover to another kinda like a game boss fight. Intellect: I’ll be honest Chucky is smart in fighting but, other than that he really isn’t that much smarter than a normal human he has shown anything requiring high iq or even competing with an advanced AI which is capable of using the internet as a learning source in seconds. Endurance/stamina: Literally a robot that got torn in half like she was darth maul and kept on fighting and again she doesn’t get tired she’s a robot. Everything else is pretty much leaning towards Chucky like you said but again this all comes down to how the hell is Chucky gonna kill her if he has nothing to break metal in none of the movies has he gotten something to do this especially one that fights back and can kill with ease. Chucky dodging bullets has actually always been put into question as even not 5 seconds later he gets hit by one but also in comics multiple times. The feat seems to be an outlier and not really a clear one cause he’s just moving from one cover to another kinda like a game boss fight.
Intellect: I’ll be honest Chucky is smart in fighting but, other than that he really isn’t that much smarter than a normal human he has shown anything requiring high iq or even competing with an advanced AI which is capable of using the internet as a learning source in seconds.
Endurance/stamina: Literally a robot that got torn in half like she was darth maul and kept on fighting and again she doesn’t get tired she’s a robot.
Everything else is pretty much leaning towards Chucky like you said but again this all comes down to how the hell is Chucky gonna kill her if he has nothing to break metal in none of the movies has he gotten something to do this especially one that fights back and can kill with ease. Experience can only take you so far against someone so superior and durable. Would love to debate tho 😀

With experiencing both Sagas of Childs Play and M3gan, seeing their capabilities... Win goes to M3gan.
She manages to literally use her hands to choke Gemma on the table whereas Chucky hasn't been able to do that.
