Lived here for years longboarded every road for years and I must say I’ve caught a lot of rides in this small town and I wouldn’t dare go back to my home state for the hospitality here
I'd love for you to film Duff, my daddy was born in Wynn and mommy was from Westborne. George David Baird was my daddy's father and Lettie Ann Bolton Baird was his mother. I'd like to see grandma and grandpa's house and Jimmy (I think it was spelled different) Greens old store. The big brick Baptist Church up high on that hill. Grandpa would walk me down the road to church on Sunday. Cutula was the name of the road. Daddy's cousins the Walden's lived over toward the creek. Daddy's sister Minnie lived across the street from grandma and grandpa's house and Aunt Della King and uncle Charlie lived next door to Minnie. Daddy used to drive all over those rough roads up in those mountains but I could never figure out how he did it. I couldn't find any roads! Ha ha. My Aunt Della was a nurse at the hospital. Mary Meadows lived next door to my grandparents. I have family buried in White Oak but I could never find the Cemetery. Thank you for driving through Woodlawn Cemetery, a lot of my family is there. I live in Michigan and I don't know if or when I'll ever come back again. I have a lot of memories there. 💞🙏✝️
